May Update • Meet the NEW Erica Collica...Surprises Coming Soon
I’ve had one of my busiest months to date as the Michigan real estate market continues to soar! A recent MLive.com article shares how Millennials make up the largest population of homebuyers, but they are also having the hardest time finding a home within their budget. You’ve heard me talk about how important it is to have a realtor with you, so if you’re looking to buy or sell, then reach out to my team - we service anywhere within one and a half hours of Detroit.
I am honored to be a featured panelist speaker at this week’s Inman News’ Connect Now digital conference on May 18th in a session titled “Spinning Instagram Gold”, where I’ll be joining three other marketing experts to talk about: 1) how we’ve found success on Instagram 2) how business has changed as our followings have grown, and 3) how we stay engaged on the platform day after day. If you are an entrepreneur (or dream of becoming one) and are trying to market to Millenials then my biggest advice is to take hints from the real estate market (and me) and use social apps like Instagram, Clubhouse or a personal blog to refine your personal brand and connect with your target audience.
Next month, you guys reading this will be the first to meet the NEW Erica Collica…ie: my new branding and website! I’ve used the same branding for a long time now and as I’ve gotten older, I’ve become more in tune with who I am both as a person and professional realtor. I think we all can relate to this, right?!
Growth is GOOD, so get ready for more of a modern look + feel along with even more ways to become actively involved in my community with classes, events, and lots more.
