Pro Tip • April Edition • Online Workout Classes To Do During Quarantine (ALL owned by Badass Babes)

I took this photo last Spring when I was in NYC, and can’t believe how different everything is today. My heart goes out to everyone impacted by COVID-19.

Quarantine has got us all stuck inside, but that doesn’t mean we should forget about our physical and mental health! For me, it’s been helpful taking long walks to clear my head and I’ve been trying my best to get 10,000 steps a day with my furry pup.

Here are four workout options, all owned by BADASS BABES that I personally recommend you try. These are all fierce ladies who converted their businesses to virtual online models once Quarantine struck, and they are proving that we all really can workout from anywhere. I admire their ability to evolve in the midst of chaos and encourage you to check them out if you could use a little motivation to get moving again.

So what’s on your radar to try this week!? One thing that’s been awesome about taking these virtual classes is that you don’t have to worry about feeling embarrassed or like you aren’t fit enough because you’re in the comfort of your own home. I am honestly surprised by how much I’m loving getting a good sweat in at home and hope you find something that works for you too! XOXO -Erica
