Just when we think fall is here, it was 70 degrees this past weekend! Oh, Michigan…I hope you all are embracing spooky season and taking advantage of this amazing weather while we have it.
This month I’m going to tease a little project that I’ve been working very hard on for a quite some time now, but before we launch it…I would love to hear from my network, ie: YOU about why you like reading my content and what topics you want me to dive deeper on in the future!
For years now, people have been reaching out to me to ask about my social media and marketing tactics, so now…I am proud to announce that by 2021 I will be launching a mentorship program and online classes to help others build their personal brand. I couldn’t let this month fly by without saying at least once: make sure you are registered to vote! And even though election season can be spooky depending on who you ask, the Michigan (and national) real estate market continues to boom while interest rates remain at all-time lows.
In the last 30 days, my team and I have had 7 closings and 6 pending sales with 9 active listings available. I’ve added a new agent to my team that I can’t wait for you all to meet in person! Her and Abbey have been kicking ass ever since she started and we can’t wait for her to continue to grow on our team.
