AUGUST UPDATE: REAL TALK — BUSINESS IS BOOMING
I think it’s hard for many of us to acknowledge our own personal success. For those of you who know me well, you know that I rarely sit back and recognize my own achievements. But this month is different!
The past month has been a whirlwind. In July 2020 alone, I had SIX homes go under contract and had EIGHT new listings join my roster! Thank God I took a vacation in June because the housing market in metro Detroit and all of Michigan is STILL insane!
This past week you could actually feel Autumn in the air with cool, crisp 70 degree evenings, and it’s truly astonishing how fast this season has flown by. Quarantine has been both a blessing and a curse — so many of my clients have learned to either appreciate the homes they have even more or done everything in their power to get into a better living situation. How are you holding up?
