NOVEMBER UPDATE • WHAT I AM THANKFUL FOR.... & LET'S MAKE A PACT TO SHOP SMALL
This year I’m thankful for… YOU. Help me support small businesses this Saturday.
I hope you all had a relaxing & joyful Thanksgiving! This year’s Thanksgiving probably looked much different than years past for many of us and having a house that feels like home has never felt more important. This November, I want to make sure each and every one of you know how thankful I am for YOU.
The support I’ve had this year is overwhelming and I am beyond grateful to be able to say that I’ve had one of my best years ever. It’s because of referrals and clients and my amazing network (ie: YOU) who have helped me build this incredible business, so THANK YOU!
As for the November numbers: this month my team closed $1M in sales, listed $1.12M, and placed $1.65M under contract – in escrow or pending. We have a total of $2.8M in active listings and so many exciting things happening on the horizon.
Did you know November 28th is Small Business Saturday? I have a challenge for all of you. I would love to start a movement with you all and see if any of my 11k followers will join me in shopping small this Saturday! If you do-TAG me in your story on Instagram so that I can share it and we can spread the word together!
My heart breaks for all the local restaurants and small businesses during this time. I’ll be featuring metro Detroit businesses more often than usual around here and on IG moving forward! So if you’re a small business owner who wants to be featured, please DM me on Instagram or Email Me.
