If you follow me on Instagram you might have seen me post about the Sakara Life meal programs and products. I had been wanting to try them for a while now & my schedule has been busier than ever, so it seemed like a good time to commit to something new!

Sakara Life is an organic plant-based, dairy-free, gluten-free, no refined sugar meal program. I went ALL-IN for 14 days, which included no caffeine and alcohol. The meals were the highest quality prepared meals I have ever received in my life. I was impressed that everything comes pre-packaged and ready to go!

I’ll be honest - I lost more than 5 lbs, felt less bloated, and had more energy. As a realtor, my schedule is hectic and unpredictable most days so having meal prep options from Sakara worked out really well, but it’s not something I want to consume EVERY single meal of my life. I craved more food, so I started incorporating my own snacks and dinners at home. I still eat Sakara Life, but now I get a 1/2 order & the whole experience has inspired me to start cooking more healthy meals myself.

If you’re curious about trying it yourself, then CLICK THIS LINK and use the code below for 20% off your first order!

My advice? Use it as a reset to encourage yourself to find new, healthy foods you never knew you liked or to kickstart your weight loss journey. And let me know if you try it! I still eat it 3 times a week and would love to hear about your experience :)
