I want to introduce you all to my friend Kelli Ritchie, founder of The Lean Body Studio. She is a mom, entrepreneur, and a bright and shining light in our community more than ever before! Her and her team are incredible fitness trainers that get RESULTS! Unfortunately, they were forced to temporarily shut down due to Covid-19, so they’ve found some creative ways to keep their active community alive through virtual classes.

Kelli has such a big heart and knows this is a tough time financially for many, but she wanted to help bring movement into your home regardless of your current situation — so IG Live weekly classes are available on her instagram (for free), however, if you ARE able to make the donation to take the class, then the cost is $12 and they SO appreciate the generosity. ❤️Head to their IG for all the class details.

The Lean Body Studio is a women-only HIIT/ interval training boutique studio that combines both strength and cardio into each class. I personally love the judgement-free, positive, uplifting environment that you can truly escape into.
